From darkness, there is light...

Life changes all the time.

The sand shifts, and our foundations seem to crumble but we can't stay the same.

We HAVE to change.

How else would we grow, and learn and become the people we are meant to be? 

How would we know what we really wanted to give back to the world if we hadn't experienced

adversity, felt deep pain and loss?

I choose to grow.

 I choose to fly free of the baggage and negative energy.

It has changed me and made me stronger and I don't need to keep hold of it any longer.

I choose to LIVE.
